All homes developed by Royale Properties are backed by a 2-5-10 year National Home Warranty, ensuring our homes are to the finest standards in quality. This warranty includes one year of protection against material defects and labour, two years protection against any defects in your home’s major systems, the exterior cladding and the Building Code, a five year warranty against defects in the building envelope, and a ten year warranty against structural defects.
